•  Mini golf and miniature golf

Mini golf is a kind of golf where you only need one golf club on the golf course . Not like on the big courses where you need more than one golf club . Today there is a big popularity of playing mini golf. The golf course has many challenging holes, which can make it difficult to get the ball in the hole on some points. Many people play mini golf on vacation . It's a kind of recreation which can be played by young and old people without attending a golf school . Reasons why mini golf is popular are because it's a great way of recreation with family and/or friends, you don't need to have experience with a golf club or have attended a golf school .

•  Types of Golf Courses

A golf course can have 9 or 18 holes. The types of golf courses can differ whether you play in Las Vegas , somewhere in Ireland or any other place. The differences can be in the length and structure. The types of courses are described below.

•  The Regulation Golf Course is a course which is defined as any 9-hole or 18-hole golf course that includes a variety of par three, par four and par five holes. These are of traditional length and par. A 9-hole golf course must be at least 2,600 yards in length and at least par 33, and an 18-hole facility at least 5,200 yards in length and at least par 66.

•  Executive Courses are short courses with a variety of par-three, par-four and/or par-five holes. A 9-hole course is 2,600 yards in length or less and a par 32 or less. And an 18-hole course is 5,200 yards in length or less and par 65 or less.

•  Par-Three Courses are courses comprised exclusively of par three holes that average at least 100 yards in length.

golf is a great sport to play, but sometimes it can be boring you. Especially when you go with your cart on the same golf course everyday. Your golf techniques will not only be improved by attending a golf school , but also when you change the golf course once in a while. It will be more difficult to get the ball in the hole when you don't really know the course. Changing the golf courses can be ideal to maximize the development of your game. A golf vacation would be a great experience and option if you want to try a completely new golf course. Some popular golf vacation locations are offered in Las Vegas and in places in Ireland . They offer golf schools where you can begin with your golf lessons or improve your golf qualities, combined with a vacation where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful areas of the golf course
